  • 2 dl pecans (rich in healthy fats)

  • 1 dl oats (provides long-lasting energy)

  • 1 dl shredded coconut (fiber-rich and full of good fats)

  • 8 dates (naturally sweet and packed with antioxidants)

  • 1/2 dl melted coconut oil (supports brain health)

  • 1 tbsp water
