If, for any reason you change your mind regarding your purchase from us, and the product is unopened we offer a 14 day money back guarantee (minus postage and fees) or full exchange for all online purchases.

Please contact us to let us know of your intention to return the item(s). Items must be returned at your cost via a secure and insured service, and in the same condition as dispatched, without any damage and with the original sales receipt. If items are damaged, broken or altered they will not be accepted for a refund. Refund or credit will be processed within 3 days of receiving the item, in the same form as the original payment. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
